มาร่วมจ้องมองภูมิทัศน์แห่งภาพยนตร์ จินตนาการ และวัตถุ พร้อมเรื่องราวที่ถูกบันทึกไว้ผ่านกาลเวลาและประวัติศาสตร์ของการจ้องมอง ในหนังและงานภาพเคลื่อนไหวจากโปรแกรม โอเพ่น คอลล์
จากการเปิดรับผลงานหนังและงานภาพเคลื่อนไหวที่มีผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมกว่า 500 เรื่อง เทศกาลหนังทดลองกรุงเทพฯ ครั้งที่ 7 ได้เชิญ วิวัฒน์ เลิศวิวัฒน์วงศา และ ชญานิน เตียงพิทยากร มาเป็นภัณฑารักษ์รับเชิญเพื่อคัดเลือกผลงาน ทั้งสองได้สร้างสรรค์โปรแกรมออกมาทั้งสินจำนวน 14 โปรแกรม ซึ่งรวบรวมผลงานเอาไว้ 67 เรื่อง

Join us in gazing at the realms of cinema, imagination and objects, where stories are recorded through time and the history of human gaze, in films and video works from the OPEN CALL programs.
With over 500 submissions to the OPEN CALL for films and video works, the 7th Bangkok Experimental FIlm Festival invited Wiwat Lertwiwatwongsa and Chayanin Tiangpitayagorn as guest curators to select the featured works. Together, they have curated 14 programs, showcasing 67 works.
